Refund and Returns Policy
At Agenda Lighting Solutions Inc., we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund and returns policy as follows:
You may return any new and unused product within  days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have obtained an RMA number, please send the product back to us in its original packaging, along with the RMA number and a copy of the purchase receipt or invoice.
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it is in new and unused condition. If the product is in new and unused condition, we will process a refund for the full purchase price of the product, minus any shipping and handling charges. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange for the return of the damaged or defective product and ship a replacement product to you at no additional charge.
Custom-made products and products that have been used are not eligible for return or refund.
- Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
