At Agenda Lighting Solutions Inc., we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund and returns policy as follows:

You may return any new and unused product within [30] days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Once you have obtained an RMA number, please send the product back to us in its original packaging, along with the RMA number and a copy of the purchase receipt or invoice.

If the product is in new and unused condition, we will process a refund for the full purchase price of the product, minus any shipping and handling charges. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
